A slow paced vinyasa flow. Allowing time to deeply connect to the rhythm of the breath in each posture. Exploring strength, grounding, spaciousness, balance, and flexibility. Followed by a guided relaxation.

Chakra Activation Yoga

Inhale Pittsburgh - Northside

Every Thursday // 6:00-7:00pm

A practice designed to explore and activate the vital energy centers (chakras) in the body. Each class travels from the Root Chakra up the spine to the Crown Chakra illuminating and harmonizing each center with static and dynamic movements, pranayama (breathwork), mantra (repetitive sounds), and meditation. Nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit.

Vinyasa Flow

Every Friday // 5:30-6:45pm

A flowing yoga practice focusing on breath awareness and linking breath with body movement. Find strength and spaciousness in the body while also gaining balance and flexibility. Followed by a guided relaxation.

Yin Yang Flow

A slow, deep, and nourishing yin yoga practice for the connective tissues, warming up into a more masculine yang flow for strength and vitality. Ending class with a guided relaxation to leave you balanced and calm.
