About the Event
Enjoy a hiking + yoga venture in Pittsburgh’s Riverview Park with old and new friends who wish to appreciate the outdoors with movement and mindfulness.
Riverview Parks’ Ranger, Nancy, will share with us the history of the park as we take a moderate hike to our yoga spot. A mile long hike will lead us to a 45 minute gentle yoga & mindfulness practice, followed by a quarter mile hike back to our vehicles.
The Hike + Yoga event is for ages 13+ and will be appropriate for beginners in both hiking and yoga.
There is some uphill hiking that we will take slow.

Bring: Closed-toe shoes, comfortable stretchy clothing, a yoga mat or blanket to practice yoga on, water bottle. You will need to carry your yoga supplies with you during the hike.
Cancellation Policy: Activity may be cancelled/rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or inclement weather.
